To secure your custom cake or cookie order, I require a 50% non-refundable retainer. This retainer is necessary to ensure that I reserve the time and resources needed to create your cake to the highest standard of quality.

Sinèad specializes in creating unique cakes that are tailored to your specific decorative desires, however all cakes and cookies are subject to the artistic expression of Sinèad.

Sinèad takes pride in creating original works of art, so she does not make direct copies of another cake/cookie artists work. Each of her creations stand out and are recognized as an original Sinèad's Bakehouse cake or cookie set.

Custom cookies are highly labor intensive. They require time designing, cutting and baking, mixing colors to create your desired palette and most importantly creating them into the intricate pieces of art that they are! The process requires patience, time and love. My pricing reflects the time and effort that I put into creating each beautiful custom cookie that is sure to wow your guests and make the guest of honors day! I understand that my pricing may not fit every budget, but I am confident the cookies you receive will show the love and work put into each them.

The sooner the better! Custom orders take time. I need AT LEAST 2 weeks notice, but ordering a month or more in advance would be best! Don't hesitate to reach out if time got the best of you and your event has snuck up on you! Depending on my availability I may be able to fit you in. An order rush fee of 25% will be applied on all orders placed less than 2 weeks in advance.

At this time GA cottage food laws do not allow shipping of baked goods outside of GA. All orders are local pick up in Lilburn GA, unless another location is agreed upon between you and I. Orders can be shipped within the state of GA and are subject to shipping and handling fees.

You will hear from me within 24 hours! At that time I will confirm my availability for your event. Once confirmed a 50% non-refundable retainer is due to secure your due date. I kindly ask that all invoices be paid within 48 hours, if it is not your invoice will be cancelled to free up space on my calendar for other potential calendars.

Your order is not confirmed until payment is received and your event date will not be held on my production calendar without payment.

I accept payment via credit card, CashApp, or Zelle. No further payment is required on pick up. All sales are final, once payment is received, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Thank you for understanding.
